Zusammenfassung

Austability is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, provide strategic insights, and support growth. You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with the Senior Group Finance Officer, overseeing reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, controls, forecasting, and analysis.

You will manage the accounting team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with senior leadership in a hybrid work environment offering strategic influence and international exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting roles, or a Master's with at least 5 years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of German accounting and taxation regulations.
• Experience using DATEV and other accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Prepare accurate and timely corporate financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct budget-to-actual analysis and periodic financial audits.
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow reporting.

• Produce monthly management reports and financial reconciliations.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to executive leadership.

The Opportunity
