Job summary

Inglorious seeks a senior finance leader to own global reporting, cash management, compliance, forecasting and banking relationships. You will report to the founders and coordinate with accountants, auditors and tax advisers across jurisdictions.

You will build budgets, forecasts and scalable finance systems, driving automation and efficiency as the company scales internationally.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on multi-entity, multi-currency reporting experience.
• Fluency in spreadsheets and modern accounting software; automate repetitive tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail with pragmatic delivery of reports.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across all entities, on time.
• Manage cash flow, treasury and multi-currency operations with banking partners.
• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts for founders to decide with.
• Coordinate external accountants, auditors and tax advisers in every jurisdiction.
• Ensure filings, VAT, payroll, regulatory reporting and calendar-driven tasks are met.
• Design and improve finance systems and processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Job description

Inglorious operates across multiple jurisdictions, currencies and entities, in an industry where clean books and airtight reporting aren't nice-to-haves. They are the licence to operate. Someone needs to own that, fully.

You'll run our global financial health: reporting, cash, compliance, forecasting, and the relationships with our accountants, auditors and banks. You'll report directly to the founders, and nobody will be looking over your shoulder, because you are the grown-up in the room.

What you'll do

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across all entities, on time and without drama.
• Manage cash flow, treasury and multi-currency operations across our banking partners.
• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts the founders can actually make decisions with.
• Coordinate external accountants, auditors and tax advisers in every jurisdiction we operate in.
• Keep us compliant: filings, VAT, payroll, regulatory reporting and whatever else the calendar throws at us.
• Design and improve our finance systems and processes as we scale, and automate the boring parts.

What we're looking for

• A solid accounting or finance background (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent experience) with international exposure.
• Hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-currency reporting. Group consolidation doesn't scare you.
• Fluency in spreadsheets and modern accounting software, and the instinct to automate anything you do twice.
• Meticulous attention to detail, paired with the pragmatism to ship the report rather than perfect it forever.
• Integrity. In this industry, the finance function is the reputation.

Bonus points: Experience in payments, fintech, crypto or iGaming, familiarity with EMI, PSP and licensing frameworks, and a low tolerance for unreconciled accounts.
