Job summary

Reonic GmbH is seeking a Finance Intern to join our growing team in Berlin. You will work closely with the Finance team on tasks from pre-bookkeeping to month-end support, helping to keep our fast‑growing renewable energy startup financially on track.

You’ll assist with KPI reporting, invoicing, and data reconciliation while learning our financial systems and AI-enabled processes. Ideal for someone in finance who is proactive, tech‑savvy, and ready to own responsibilities in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business, or something similar.
• DATEV experience is a plus, but not required.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with ownership mindset.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Tech-savvy and able to discuss automation examples with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with pre-bookkeeping and support month-end closing processes.
• Support KPI reporting and financial tracking to help shape planning and growth.
• Support invoice management and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Take ownership of data cleaning and provide cross-departmental support.
• Be hands-on with financial systems and contribute technically.
