Job Description

Are you a finance professional who loves to influence business decision with financial insight? Do you enjoy growing together with an inspiring company? We are looking for a Finance professional to join the LEGO Group in its exciting journey in Western Europe supporting the DACH region.

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as the Finance Business Partner of the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
  • Support the Business Unit by improving topline and bottom-line performance.
  • Finance representative and key member of EUC Leadership Team
  • Lead financial processes including annual target/budget setting, in‑year financial estimates and monthly and year‑end closing
  • Represent finance function in business steering meetings (e.g. demand planning, business performance review) to support better decision making and investments allocations (e.g. Gap‑to‑target processes) to deliver business commitment.
  • Champion investment efficiency and productivity programs supported by financial analysis and insight.
  • Gate keep credit limit decisions.
  • Drive strong financial governance including strengthening of internal control mindset, behaviors and processes.
  • Ad‑hoc project support.

This role will be part of the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team, a group of finance professionals who support markets and channels across the world to deliver the LEGO Group vision and short term as well as long term business results. The role will be in the Markets & Channels Western Europe Finance Business Partnering team, with members spread across various location but working seamlessly together on the same goal.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance related fields.
  • Demonstrable experience aligned with the expectations of the role.
  • Strong data & analytics skill with a consistent track record of leveraging data to steer trade‑off discussions with senior business leaders.
  • Extensive functional background with commercial and FP&A partnering experience.
  • International experience in a similar business.
