ZEISS Group in Germany seeks a key financial partner across project, commercial, and operational teams, steering financial scope, milestones, and targets together with project management.

You prepare cost estimates and forecasts to enable decision-making, monitor actuals vs plan, drive corrective actions, support commercial negotiations, ensure invoicing and revenue realization, and align financial structures with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in controlling or related areas.
• Experience in communicating with customers.
• Strong analytical abilities with strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.
• Very good English communication skills across departments and hierarchy levels.

• Define and steer financial scope, milestones, and targets with project management.
• Prepare cost estimates and forecasts to enable decision-making and ensure financial transparency.
• Monitor actuals vs. plan, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Support and participate in commercial negotiations to align on milestones and commercial coverage.
• Ensure and track invoicing and revenue realization; establish aligned commercial and financial structures across stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of commercial topics with customers in collaboration with relevant functions.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze profitability drivers across projects.
