Safran Helicopter Engines Germany GmbH recherche un Technicien de terrain pour effectuer la maintenance et les réparations de turbines à gaz dans une structure internationale. Vous planifierez les interventions et préparerez les documents techniques requis, tout en assurant la conformité et la traçabilité.

Le poste exige une expérience pratique, une aptitude au voyage (≈50%) et une excellente communication en anglais.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en génie aéronautique ou apprentissage de technicien aéronautique (A&P).
• Expérience pratique en maintenance/réparation de turbines à gaz.
• Disponibilité à voyager à l'international (~50%).

Responsabilités

• Vérifier et planifier les interventions techniques avec les manuels et pièces nécessaires.
• Préparer les estimations techniques et effectuer les réparations ou entretiens hors site.
• Assurer la conformité et la traçabilité qualité (EASA Form 1 / certificats).
• Mettre à jour les plannings et les check-lists pour des interventions honorées à temps.

Field Technician

unlimited ? full time ? 40 hour-contract

Power every helicopter mission with your expertise: At Safran Helicopter Engines Germany, you turn complex engine work into safe lift-offs for our customers worldwide!

Your mission:

• Check and plan technical interventions by reviewing manuals, reference documents and required qualifications as well as identify the necessary tools, spare parts and documentation
• Support to prepare technical estimates when needed and carry out repair or maintenance work off-site
• Ensure all work is completed correctly to maintain airworthiness, including release inspections and analysis of any issues or non-conformities
• Issue EASA Form 1 or Certificates of Conformity along with all required technical documentation after gaining internal certifying staff license
• Update and track schedules, dashboards and checklists to keep interventions organized and on time

Your skills & qualifications:

• A degree in Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent) or a completed technical apprenticeship as an Aircraft Technician, including knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations
• Hands-on experience in gas turbine maintenance or repair and/or in a customer-facing technical support role
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50% of your working time)
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills as well as a reliable, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English language skills; German is a plus
