Zusammenfassung

3S Industry is seeking a field-oriented installation specialist based in Germany to manage on-site installation of our lifts and climbing systems. You will train customers, inspect annually, and respond to faults at client sites, while contributing to product guidelines and maintenance reports.

The role requires mechanical installation experience, basic electrical knowledge, and fluency in English and German, with daily commuting from a Germany base and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of relevant work experience, with experience in mechanical installation and basic electrical knowledge.
• Proficient in the use of office software.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to adapt to short-term travel.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Base in Germany, travel to the office every day is required.

• Provide customers with training on the installation, use and annual inspection of the company's products.

• Refining and writing product guidelines
• Refining and writing troubleshooting manuals.
• Preparation of Product maintenance reports
• Counting product failures and assisting the Quality Department in analyzing root causes
• Development of improvement measures to address common product issues
• Support sales with technical clarification.
• Daily management of the warehouse, identification and dispatch of parts.
