Duties
  • Customer site activities (Maintenance Infusion & Pyxis products, Repair, Installation & Implementation of CFN Infusion products, Sales Support)

Responsibilities
  • Develop the technical service, their relationship with sales, service, finance and customer service to enhance service function with affiliate.
  • Serves as the technical subject matter expert for product installation & implementation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customer service and sales for contract and tendering quotations applying professional and appropriate controls and references.
  • Actively participate as the country representative for infusion pumps & Pyxis products with respect to escalations, complaint focus, and technical updates.
  • Proactively propose changes in the organization to optimize local GCS processes.
  • Identify opportunities for additional Service revenue generation.
  • Participate to efforts on GCS standardization.
  • Adhere to organization and department policies, quality procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure all service communication literature is in compliance to BD Brand Identify and regulatory requirements in partnership with Marketing Communications and Regulatory departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Technical degree (Electronic or Biomedical)
  • Experience as Biomedical Technician, ideally in the area of Medical devices, but a new starter from the school is also possible
  • Fluent in German, good knowledge of English both oral and written
  • Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems in a logical manner
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • IT Basic Knowledge (MSSQL Database and PL/SQL scripting)
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence
  • Performance orientated and able to work to delivery of agreed targets
  • Ability to travel 70%
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • Ability to train others on technical matters
  • Effective interaction with all levels of internal and external staff in problem solving and stressful situations
  • Team player working closely with Sales and Customer Service
Salary Range

58,000 - 75,000 EUR

63,600,00 € - 108,100,00 € EUR Annual
