Zusammenfassung

RAITH Group sucht am Standort Südbayern/Deutschland einen Field Service Engineer EBPG (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Kunden. Sie betreuen Serviceaufträge, führen Wartungen durch, installieren Systeme und schulen Kunden vor Ort.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceteams, die Vorbereitung von Einsätzen, sowie die Erstellung von Serviceberichten und das Eskalieren offener Themen.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor oder Master in Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbares Fach
• Prozesse, Sicherheitsstandards und Arbeitsanweisungen befolgen
• Englisch fließend; Deutsch wünschenswert
• Bereitschaft zu regionaler und internationaler Reise

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung zugeteilter Kundenfälle, Wartung, Fehlersuche und Reparaturen
• Installation neuer Systeme und Vor-Ort-Inspektionen, Schulung des Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Servicemitarbeitern und Fachabteilungen
• Vorbereitung von Serviceeinsätzen, Materialplanung und Unterstützung des Teams
• Klare Kommunikation zu durchgeführten Arbeiten, technischen Befunden und Folgeempfehlungen
• Dokumentation von Serviceberichten, Teilenutzung und Zeitnachweisen
• Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im täglichen Arbeitsablauf

Field Service Engineer EBPG (m/f/d) - Southern Germany

We are currently looking to fill a full-time Field Service Engineer EBPG (m/f/d) position located in Southern Germany. The role involves the support of our national and international customers.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Managing assigned customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and execution of repairs.


• Installing new systems and performing site surveys, followed by training and clear guidance to the customer.


• Close cooperation with Service colleagues (other FSE's and technical support) and cross functional teams including Production and Engineering.


• Preparing upcoming service tasks, translating service requirements into materials and tools needed, and supporting the team when not travelling.


• Providing clear communication to customers regarding performed work, technical findings and recommended follow-up actions.


• Completing administrative tasks such as service reporting, documentation of used parts, time registration and escalation of unresolved issues.


• Identifying improvement opportunities within daily work processes and contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study and experience in a similar role, preferably in a high technical environment.


• Ability to follow procedures, safety standards and work instructions.


• Fluent in English, German desirable.


• Willing to travel regionally and internationally to support customers as required.


• Customer-focused, accurate and structured in work execution.
