Job summary

WAGNER Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Germany to expand our customer base in the assigned territory and actively support existing customers. You will manage visits, prepare quotations with the internal team, and ensure accurate bids and reporting.

The role requires three years of specialist experience, technical/fire protection knowledge, and strong networking and negotiation skills. A flexible schedule and remote work option support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Completed training in a technical or business management field.
• At least three years of specialist professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of fire protection solutions and products.
• Experience in setting up and expanding networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new customers in the assigned sales territory.
• Support of existing customers in the assigned sales territory.
• Target and cost-oriented scheduling of customer visits.
• Independent preparation of quotations in cooperation with design and internal sales team.
• Ensuring completeness, factual accuracy, adherence to costing specifications and timely submission of bids.
• Development and implementation of a sales budget in coordination with the branch management.
• Preparing documentation after a customer visit and handing it over to the internal sales department to prepare a quotation.
• Ensuring full reporting to the branch management.
