Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Development: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to promote and sell our premium soldering solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Master our range of products—solder pastes, wires, bars, fluxes, cleaners, and adhesives—and become an industry expert in Circuit Board Assembly (CBA).
  • Consultative Selling: Leverage your expertise to understand customer challenges and offer personalized solutions that deliver tangible value and a solid return on investment (ROI).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage a healthy pipeline, qualifying leads and prospects using established frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, and Timeline).
  • Networking: Use your existing industry network and forge new connections with manufacturers, distributors, and end-users in the electronics sector.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable insights on competitors, including pricing, delivery, and product performance, to shape internal strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—R&D, operations, and technical support—to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and detailed reports on client visits, sales objectives, and market trends to keep all stakeholders informed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the electronics industry, especially with components, technologies, or systems. A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in technical or B2B environments. You have a history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of technical concepts, product specifications, and applications, preferably with a background in electronics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Proficient in identifying customer needs and aligning products with those needs using a consultative approach. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, combined with strong organizational skills and the drive to succeed.
