Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in test program development.
• Experience with IG-XL platform preferred.
• Experience developing applications using VBT, C#, and the .NET Framework.
• Ability to communicate in English and work under pressure.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and teamwork.

Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Field Product Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Preferred areas of expertise include power, mixed-signal, and discrete semiconductor testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
• Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assists customers in resolving technical issues related to system software and applications.
• Provides software/hardware development and consultation.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to earn customer trust and drive the expansion of Teradyne's market share.
• Acts as the primary technical interface for customers.
• Supports pre-sales activities and customer engagements.
• Leverages technical expertise to develop differentiated solutions for our customers.

All About You

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in test program development. Experience with the IG-XL platform is preferred.
• Experience developing applications using VBT, C#, and the .NET Framework.
• Experience debugging probe cards and load boards is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and a passion for continuous professional growth.
• Strong reasoning skills along with practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and passionate about your career
• Experience developing technical specifications in collaboration with customers is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
