ALTEN is seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer to join our Munich team. You will develop and optimize test programs for state-of-the-art ATE production testers, with emphasis on Teradyne J750, wafer and final test for microcontroller devices with embedded NVM, and data-driven optimization to reduce yield loss.

You will collaborate with design, concept, product and test engineering teams to transfer test packages to production and ensure robust reporting, documentation and test data analysis for

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in semiconductor test engineering, preferably test program development.
• Hands-on experience with ATE, ideally Teradyne J750.
• Expert knowledge in digital test development, including VBA programming.
• Experience with JIRA and versioning/documentation tools such as SVN and Git.
• General programming and scripting knowledge (e.g. Batch, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in test data analysis and familiarity with statistical methods.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good English language skills, written and spoken.
