Zusammenfassung

Circuskitchens is seeking an Operator to own day-to-day operations at customer deployment sites, ensuring production, quality, and hygiene standards. You will support deployments from setup through go-live and train client staff to operate the system confidently on their own.

You will travel between sites as needed, acting as the main on-site contact, solving first-line issues and feeding insights back to the team to improve future deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between customer sites.
• Ability to train and coach others clearly.
• Comfortable with technology and following structured processes.
• Strong ownership and reliability, especially when working solo on-site.
• Fluent German and English.
• Valid driver's license.

• Feed recurring issues or training gaps back to the team to improve future deployments

About the Role

As we scale our deployments, we are looking for an Operator to take ownership of our customer sites on the ground. You'll run day-to-day operations at client locations, keep the CA-1 performing to standard, and make sure the client's own team knows exactly how to work with the system. This role isn't tied to one site: you go where we deploy, supporting launches and ongoing operations across our growing customer base. You're just as comfortable being hands-on with the kitchen as you are coaching a client's staff through their daily routines.

Base Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations

• Confident training and coaching others, with the patience to explain a process clearly
• Comfortable working with technology and following structured processes
• Strong ownership and reliability, especially when working solo on-site
• Fluent German and English
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP)
• Prior experience in a launch, rollout, or training-focused operations role
• Interest in robotics or new technology
