Circus is seeking an on-site Operator to take ownership of customer sites as we scale deployments across the region. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the robotics kitchen runs safely and efficiently, and train client staff to operate the system.

You’ll travel between sites, adapt to new environments, and serve as the primary on-site contact. Fluent German and English are required; a driver’s license is essential for this field role.

Aufgaben

• Support new deployments from setup through go-live, working alongside the launch team
• Train client staff on daily operations, handling, and routines so they can confidently run the system themselves
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site, running a reliable, well-organized operation
• Troubleshoot first-line technical or operational issues, escalating to remote support when needed
• Manage restocking, consumables, and opening/closing routines to standard
• Travel between customer sites as needed, adapting quickly to each new environment
• Feed recurring issues or training gaps back to the team to improve future deployments

About The Role

As we scale our deployments, we are looking for an Operator to take ownership of our customer sites on the ground.

You’ll run day‑to‑day operations at client locations, keep the CA‑1 performing to standard, and make sure the client's own team knows exactly how to work with the system. This role isn't tied to one site: you go where we deploy, supporting launches and ongoing operations across our growing customer base. You're just as comfortable being hands‑on with the robotics kitchen as you are coaching a client's staff through their daily routines.
