AVASO Technology is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our team in Bremen, Germany. The successful candidate will provide on-site and desktop support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain desktop systems.

You should have 2+ years in Desktop Support, proficiency with Windows, Mac, Linux, Active Directory, and remote tools, plus ITIL familiarity. German at C1 level is required.

• Strong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management and security.
• Proficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• MS Office Suite and other productivity software.
• Hardware diagnostics, repair and replacements.
• System imaging and software deployment tools (SCCM, MDT).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Fluency in German (C1).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our team in Location: Bremen, Germany. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and other productivity software.
• Expertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements.
• Knowledge of system imaging and software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT).
• Familiar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German (C1).

Must Have Skills

• Certification: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols.
