Exyte is seeking a Field Architect (m/f/d) to lead architecture-specific tasks within large construction projects. You will ensure deadlines and budgets and oversee on-site execution at construction sites.

You will coordinate with partners, manage interfaces between architecture and other trades, and maintain strong communication with clients and authorities to ensure project success.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in construction or infrastructure in German-speaking countries.
• Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of architecture, construction quality, and design requirements while being confident in handling standards, regulations, and codes.
• Fluent German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality goals during planning and execution phases up to final approval in architecture, structural engineering, and infrastructure for high-tech facilities.
• Coordinating and collaborating on planning and implementation of all project phases with external partners and service providers.
• Monitoring, identifying, and handling complex interfaces between architecture and other trade disciplines during construction.
• Onsite presence: regularly on site to ensure effective project management and communication.

As a Field Architect (m/f/d), you are responsible for planning and handling architecture-specific project tasks within larger construction projects. You ensure deadlines and budgets in your area of responsibility and guarantee effective project execution on-site at the construction site.

• Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality goals during the planning and execution phases up to final approval in the areas of architecture, structural engineering, and infrastructure for high-tech facilities
• Coordinating and collaborating on the planning and implementation of all project phases together with external partners and service providers
• Monitoring, identifying, and handling complex interfaces between architecture and other trade disciplines during construction
• Onsite presence: Making sure to be regularly on site to ensure effective project management and communication

• Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German-speaking countries
• Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and site supervision

• High communication and negotiation skills when dealing with design offices, clients, authorities, and inspection bodies
