Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a Training Scientist to deliver onsite and remote training for customers using the Pluto C-Free platform. You will provide technical support during installation, onboarding, and routine operation, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.

You will advise customers on flow cytometry workflows, demonstrate the product, and collaborate with Sales to communicate the value of Pluto C-Free solutions. Travel 25–30% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, biotechnology, immunology, or related field.
• Strong hands-on laboratory experience in life sciences applications.
• Flow cytometry expertise strongly preferred.
• Experience with antibody cocktailing, staining workflows, and sample preparation.
• Experience in medical centers, hospital labs, or clinical sample handling environments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%.

• Assist in developing SOPs, application notes, and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, trainings, and demo outcomes
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Customer Experience teams to share field insights and improve workflows
