Overview

We develop AI‑guided nanocarriers and whole‑body imaging technologies to enable cell‑level delivery and analysis of therapies across entire organisms. Our platform combines wet‑lab biology, advanced imaging, and AI to drive next‑generation drug discovery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine wet‑lab work including cell culture, media changes, staining, and sample preparation
• Support tissue processing, clearing, and imaging preparation workflows
• Maintain high standards of lab cleanliness, organization, and contamination control
• Execute experiments according to SOPs and document work in electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
• Assist with FACS / cell sorting workflows (experience is a strong plus)
• Support in vivo studies and animal work (experience is a plus)
• Coordinate with scientists to ensure timely execution of project tasks and milestones
• Contribute to improving workflow efficiency, reproducibility, and turnaround time
• Support lab logistics, inventory, onboarding, and day‑to‑day operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biotechnology, or related field
• Hands‑on experience in wet‑lab work, especially cell culture
• Experience with staining, sample prep, or microscopy workflows
• Experience with FACS / cell sorting is a plus
• Experience with animal handling is a plus
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment
• Strong mindset for documentation, SOPs, and reproducibility
• Team player with clear communication and ownership mentality
