Join a leading designer and manufacturer of sensory technology who specializes in environmental and flow sensors for industries across automotive, consumer goods, and environmental science.

As an FAE, you will be guided by the Director of Marketing. You will be responsible for supporting the customers, the Sales team, and the distribution partners in the design of products, with a special focus on ultrasonic flow converters, flow modules, and sensor interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to our distribution partners and/or directly to customers in Europe and the Americas.
• Close interaction with the Sales team, the distribution partners, and the engineering team on a consistent basis.
• On-site support and trainings while travelling within EMEA and AMEC.
• Responding to technical customer questions, conducting schematic & layout reviews, creating sample software.
• Reproduction and verification of customer requests and identification of solutions.
• Develop and produce application notes and instructional (or demo) videos.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics; Master’s degree is welcome.
• Good knowledge of physics and signal processing related to sensor systems.
• Considerable know-how in electronics development (hardware and software).
• Good knowledge of programming languages (C++, ideally Assembler, Labview).
• Business fluency in English is mandatory; German is welcome.
