Job Description

Als Praktikant oder Ferienhelfer unterstützt Du unser Produktionsteam bei der Durchführung der täglichen Fertigungsprozesse. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere die Bestückung und Bedienunterstützung von Produktionsanlagen, die Verpackung und Kennzeichnung von Produkten sowie die Bereitstellung von Materialien für den laufenden Betrieb. Darüber hinaus wirken Sie bei einfachen Qualitätskontrollen nach klar definierten Vorgaben mit und tragen aktiv zur Einhaltung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit sowie Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien im Produktionsbereich bei.

Die Tätigkeit bietet eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, praktische Einblicke in industrielle Abläufe zu gewinnen und erste Berufserfahrung in einem strukturierten Arbeitsumfeld zu sammeln. Während der Ferien erwerben Sie grundlegendes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Teamarbeit sowie Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards. Dies stärkt nicht nur Ihre persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung, sondern bietet auch eine wertvolle Orientierung für zukünftige Ausbildungs- oder Berufsentscheidungen.
