Zusammenfassung

Neura Robotics is seeking a facilities caretaker to ensure smooth operation of our Aachen premises. You will perform minor repairs and manage technical aspects in collaboration with the landlord, while maintaining safety, order and cleanliness.

You will coordinate external maintenance with contractors and serve as the main contact for departments requiring manual labor. A practical, team-oriented candidate with relevant apprenticeship is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship in a technical or manual profession or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive professional experience in building services engineering or facility management is preferred.
• Practical skills, teamwork and a friendly demeanor are essential; Class B license is required.
• Good German and English skills are a plus; basic PC skills help.

• As a caretaker/facility manager (human), you are responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities.

• You will carry out minor repairs in the building.

• You will manage the technical aspects of the facilities in close coordination with the landlord.

• Ensuring the safety, order, and cleanliness of the premises and buildings is part of your job.

• You will coordinate and supervise external maintenance work, including the involvement and supervision of contractors.

• You will serve as the point of contact for occupational safety experts.
