MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Eschborn, Germany, seeks a Maintenance and H&S Manager to strengthen our European PDC in Italy.

You will oversee maintenance of office and warehouse buildings, supervise external suppliers, ensure compliance with local H&S laws, and manage budget and assets. The ideal candidate holds a Surveyor Diploma, has 3+ years in facility/H&S management, fluent English, good MS Office skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Qualifikationen

• Preferred: Surveyor (Geometra) Diploma.
• 3+ years in facility/H&S management.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Technical knowledge: fire prevention, fall protection, electrical systems; DL.81/08, DVR, DUVRI.
• Proactive, problem solving, flexibility; owner mindset.
• Operational involvement beyond coordination.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Maintain maintenance of office and warehouse buildings, systems, utilities and equipment; conduct H&S trainings and audits.
• Organize and supervise technical interventions and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local H&S laws and authorities.
• Coordinate investments: budget, execution, closure; evaluate offers and suppliers.
• Support warehouse activities and minimize disruptions to ensure continuity.
• Measure project KPIs: costs, quality, timing.
• Implement process and service optimization.
• Plan and initiate complex projects with multitasking and priority management.

Your profile

• Preferred: Surveyor (Geometra) Diploma

Your tasks

• Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of office and warehouse buildings, systems, utilities and warehouse equipment; H&S trainings and documentation (DUVRI; audit etc)
• Organize and supervise technical interventions and external suppliers
• Align with local H&S law to be compliant with authorities requirements
• Coordinate investment actions (budget - execution - closure); offers and suppliers evaluation; timeline check; company asset management and systems update (MAMS/MGIMS)
• Support warehouse activities and possible interference between activities (external work vs warehouse operations) granting business continuity
• Measure projects KPI (costs, quality, timing)
• Implement process and services optimization
• Plan/Initiate complex projects with multitasking approach and priority management
