Job summary

Isar Aerospace SE seeks a Facility Access Management Specialist to lead physical access at our sites and to develop visitor management systems for controlled entry. You will establish procedures for employees and visitors, and work to ensure secure access across current and future sites.

The role requires coordinating access controls, creating access profiles, and ensuring compliance with data protection and security standards. German and English language fluency are required.

Qualifications

• University degree with initial practical experience in related field.
• Alternative: trained administration professional with several years of experience.
• Fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with access and visitor management systems, tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Protect employees, infrastructure and information on site by managing access regulations and processes.
• Create and classify the sensitivity of access zones and assign access profiles.
• Develop visitor registration and management processes involving systems and guarding/reception services.
• Set up and produce ID cards for internal and external categories.

Facility Access Management Specialist (f/m/d)

Mission Brief

As our Facility Access Management Specialist, you’ll be part of the Isar Aerospace SE corporate security and will be responsible for the physical access management at our sites. You’ll proactively develop our access and visitor management systems to ensure full control over who is entering and operating in our facilities. You establish access procedures for employees and registration processes for visitors by taking a holistic approach to access management.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Protect our employees, infrastructure and information on site by managing access regulations, restrictions and processes
• Create and classify the sensitivity of access zones, evaluate department needs and assign access profiles
• Develop visitor registration and management processes involving technical systems and guarding and reception services
• Responsible for the setup and production of ID cards for different categories of internals and externals
• Scale access and visitor management systems globally to existing and upcoming sites
• Collect and investigate physical access data in case of incidents or misconduct and for statistical purposes
• Ensure compliance with local data protection, safety and security regulations

Qualification Checklist

• A university degree in business administration, process, project, information or security management or a related field with first practical experience

• A trained administration professional with several years of experience
• First experience in access and visitor management, preferably in the production industry
• Familiarity with access and visitor management systems, tools and processes
• Good knowledge about process and information management
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
