Octopus Real Estate is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to cover the East of London, including Norfolk, Colchester and Kent. You will manage lending targets across the region, running introducer accounts with autonomy and a strong focus on first-class service for brokers and clients.

Octopus Real Estate is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager, covering the East of London, including Norfolk, Colchester and Kent. An External Business Development Managers (EBDMs) must be highly motivated, articulate, passionate people who thrive whilst working in a fast-paced sales team. You will be responsible for the delivery of lending targets across a defined region, managing all introducer accounts for that region. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy, established funding lines, and an excellent financial reward (with discretionary quarterly and annual bonus payments). Supported with a bespoke training programme to give you all the tools required to succeed. This role comes with excellent growth opportunities within a busy and exciting team.
