Systemair seeks an experienced leader to head an intercultural team of Area Managers and Internal Sales, driving export growth inside Germany and across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes strategic market expansion, leveraging international experience to strengthen existing markets and uncover new opportunities worldwide.

Applicants should hold a degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification, with fluent English and leadership exposure.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, combined with international professional experience.
• Fluent English skills; additional foreign language skills would be an advantage.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Technical knowledge, ideally within the ventilation industry.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
