HumanitApp seeks an experienced program or operations manager fluent in German to lead delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents.

You will own throughput, quality and expert performance for the German (Germany) cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR, while coordinating remote schedules and daily targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running delivery programs or equivalent
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Experience managing distributed teams and quality workflows

Details: Remote, 40 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
