The Top Executive Management & Global Mobility department within the Human Resources function is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing all topics related to the international deployment of our employees. This includes developing modern, compliant, and business-oriented mobility strategies that enable our people to operate effectively across borders.
Play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s global mobility strategy - from assignment design to repatriation - ensuring compliance with tax, social security, and labor law requirements while providing an excellent employee experience.
