Job summary

Eficode Group is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Global Delivery Office in Hamburg. You will shape and standardize our global PM practices, coordinating cross-border teams and reporting to senior stakeholders. Fluent English is required, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence are central to day-to-day work.

Lead complex multi-country projects, guide commercial strategy with Sales, and mentor colleagues to elevate delivery standards across our consulting teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, customer-facing B2B IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across international teams.
• Experience delivering digital transformations, cloud migrations, or DevOps programs.
• Fluent in English. Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact, multi-country deliveries including cloud migrations and DevOps transformations.
• Take end-to-end ownership of scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, risks and change management.
• Lead steering groups and manage complex customer escalations with clarity.
• Partner with Sales on opportunities, assess scope and delivery risks.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across borders without direct line management.
• Mentor other PMs and help raise delivery standards.

We are looking for two experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Global Delivery Office. You won't just run projects - you will actively help shape, build, and standardize our global PM practices across Eficode as we centralize our delivery framework. You'll work closely with our technical teams, Segment Leads and Sales, as well as senior stakeholders on the customer side.

What you'll do

• Drive high-impact deliveries: Lead complex, multi-country customer projects - including cloud migrations and large DevOps transformations.
• End-to-end ownership: Take full accountability for project scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, risks, and change management.
• Senior stakeholder management: Lead customer steering groups, align expectations, and handle complex escalations or difficult project situations with clarity and composure.
• Commercial strategy: Partner with Sales on complex opportunities - assessing scoping, estimates, delivery risks, and converting challenges into customer opportunities.
• Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams and consultants across borders without needing line-management authority.
• Mentor and elevate: Share expertise with other PMs while refining common delivery standards.

Who you are

• Proven track record: 5+ years managing complex, customer-facing B2B IT projects within consulting or IT professional services environments.
• Technical & domain expertise: Experience delivering large-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, DevOps programs, or complex system integrations.
• Strong business acumen: In-depth understanding of project finances (margins, forecasting, change control) paired with a commercial mindset.
• Cross-border collaborator: Track record leading cross-country teams and multi-stakeholder international engagements.
• Atlassian power user: Hands-on proficiency using the Atlassian stack (Jira & Confluence) as primary project management tools.
• Clear & decisive communicator: We value people who communicate clearly, ask questions when something doesn't make sense, and don't wait until a problem becomes critical before raising it. You have the confidence to manage complex situations and align expectations early and transparently.
• Language: Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Experience developing Project Management processes or standards in a consulting or professional services organization.
