The candidate will be responsible for driving a plan to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is in the e-commerce industry and requires experience of both call centre work and face-to-face operation.
Candidate will be placed in a busy environment and should be able to understand complex technical issues as well as being sympathetic and responsive to the needs of customers and clients alike.
