You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust RRAM solutions for automotive, industrial, and IoT applications. The role requires 5+ years in NVM reliability, expertise in RRAM/Embedded NVM technologies, and strong programming skills in Python or VBA.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of semiconductor NVM reliability experience.
• Direct experience with RRAM / ReRAM, Embedded NVM technologies, MRAM/PCM or other emerging memory technologies.
• Knowledge of switching mechanisms and conductive filament physics.
• Understanding of retention, endurance, and variability behavior.
• Automotive qualification requirements (AEC-Q100, JEDEC).
• Programming skills in Python, VBA, or advanced statistical tools.
