Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an Inventory Planner to drive in-season allocation and replenishment strategies across our stores. You will oversee inventory levels, partner with leadership on strategic projects, and mitigate risks to optimize product quantity and availability.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory planning or related supply chain roles, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with planning tools in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic planning and execution of in-season allocation and replenishment strategies
• Oversee inventory level management to ensure stores have the right amount of relevant products
• Partner with leadership team and take on strategic, business driving thinking and projects
• Drive sales by mitigating inventory risks and finding the balance of product quantity across stores

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, exit planning, allocations or relevant supply chain role
• Experience with lifecycle management, weeks of supply, sell-through, and store grading
• Experience managing store and/or online inventory flows, with understanding of markdowns and promotional environments
• Hands‑on experience with advanced planning software such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Oracle
• Strong analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity
• Strong time management skills; effective under competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people‑facing role
• Strong professional English proficiency, any other European language is a plus
• Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
