Jobtailor is seeking an inventory and logistics professional to monitor stock levels, safeguard spare parts availability, and conduct regular inventory checks. You will analyze variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong planning, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with operations. Fluency in German and English, plus 2+ years in a related field, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in commercial or logistics field.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial business administration, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics-related role.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Practical experience in inventory management, controlling, and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) is an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
