Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned SIOP leader to drive end‑to‑end sales, inventory and operations planning in a manufacturing environment. You will integrate demand, supply, capacity and financial plans to deliver an executable operating plan and lead digital transformation initiatives.

You will mentor planning teams, partner with procurement and manufacturing leadership, and establish KPIs like OTIF and forecast accuracy to optimize service, cost and working capital.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end‑to‑end SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, including governance, cadence, and executive alignment.
• Integrate demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans to deliver a balanced and executable operating plan.
• Oversee demand planning, improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias using data‑driven insights.
• Direct supply and production planning across manufacturing sites, ensuring capacity constraints and material availability are aligned with demand.
• Optimize inventory across raw materials, work‑in‑process (WIP), and finished goods to balance service, cost, and working capital.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and supplier alignment with production requirements.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to ensure feasible production schedules and high plan adherence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and plan attainment.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including advanced planning systems (APS) and analytics tools.
• Lead and develop high‑performing planning teams.
