As an Executive, Social Media at PULSE advertising, you take ownership of content, community, and performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok & more. You connect strategy with creativity to drive real impact.

Your tasks

  • You plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices
  • You manage internal and external productions and brief creators and partners to bring ideas to life
  • You write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences
  • You publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach
  • You analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimisations
  • You lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks

Your Skills

  • You bring 2+ years of social media experience and understand agency processes and client dynamics
  • You know Instagram and TikTok deeply and are familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube
  • You own the full content process, from ideation to publishing, and work confidently with creators and teams
  • You write engaging, tailored copy and know how to hit the right tone for each platform and audience
  • You understand KPIs and reporting tools and use data to continuously improve content performance
  • You speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams alike
