Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search is seeking a part-time professional to engage with senior executives across international markets from our Düsseldorf office. You will identify, engage and assess senior professionals, conduct high-quality interviews, and build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

The role offers structured training and development, exposure to international projects, and a collaborative, multilingual culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and German or another European language.
• Enjoy building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people.
• Ambitious, curious and motivated to learn.
• Thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
• Be highly organized, proactive and self-motivated.
• Willing to work regularly (3-4 days/week) from Düsseldorf office.
