GOPA Worldwide is seeking an Executive Assistant / Transformation Manager for the Management. You will support the Management in all operational, financial, and administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and supporting the establishment and development of central internal change management processes at GOPA.
Your Tasks
- Assisting the Management: preparing presentations, documents, etc.
- Cost controlling and administrative issues, in consultation with Finance & Controlling
- Harmonization of internal processes “One GOPA” and implementation of the central AI strategy
- Office Management: Office management of House 2 (Daimlerstr., Bad Homburg)
- Establishing and ensuring a functional and sustainable office organization
- Key customer relationship support
- Processing/forwarding/distributing external mail, distributing internal mail
- Business Administration: Managing, updating, maintaining acquisition documents for GOPA Worldwide and GOPA mbH in all formats and languages
- Optimizing and further developing knowledge and document management as part of GOPA's digital transformation strategy
- Supporting the respective Project Administrators in requesting documents

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with a high intercultural competence
- Good business administration knowledge and financial understanding
- Understanding of contracts and formalities
- Good digital skills (MS Office suite, CRM & ERP systems, and SharePoint)
- Process improvement mindset – supporting the standardization and harmonization of internal workflows
- Good language skills and a strong command of English and German
