We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Executive Assistant to support IQM's Technology leadership team, especially CTO, in a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you will handle complex scheduling, travel arrangements, event organizing and communication tasks while ensuring daily operations run smoothly behind the scenes. You will act as a trusted partner to senior executives and play a key role in ensuring effective collaboration across teams, partners, and stakeholders worldwide. Your main location can be either Espoo, Finland or Munich, Germany. This role includes a hybrid working model (approx. 50% at the office, 50% remote if wanted) and travelling expectation is approximately once a quarter.
