To further professionalise and increase the efficiency of our top management, we are looking for an experienced and confident Executive Assistant (m / f / d) to the CEO / CFO, who will support the operational and strategic day‑to‑day business at the highest level.

Your tasks
  • comprehensive support of the CEO in day-to-day business
  • assist with general tasks, including scheduling appointments, calendar maintenance, travel planning, and expense management
  • coordinate board meetings and draft and review meeting notes and documentations
  • responsible for manageing the agenda of the CEO
  • conduct in-depth analyses, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations on various topics
  • organize internal and external events
  • represent the company while having exposure to customers and cooperation partners
Your profile
  • completed university studies in business administration or a related field or commercial education with further education
  • several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
  • experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
  • very strong organizational and time management skills
  • passionate team player with a mindset for cross-functional and system-wide thinking
  • ability to act autonomously and prioritize topics and projects
  • excellent communication skills in both English and German
