Clera, a freshly funded AI infrastructure startup, seeks a founding technical and operational leader to shape the product and platform from day one. You could come from engineering, product, or operations and will own a first-90-days scope.

You'll architect the core infrastructure, partner with the founder, and translate high-level needs into a working solution for small teams running large AI workforces. Relocation support is available in Munich.

Qualifikationen

• Founded a venture-backed or bootstrapped company.
• Served as CTO or first technical hire at a startup, or shipped the product a team still credits today.
• Run a service business in a vertical where AI workforce tools are relevant, giving you insight into what this platform replaces.
• Can articulate a concrete first-90-days plan and wants a role built around strengths rather than a fixed job description.
• Comfortable operating in a very small, fast-moving team with high standards and high trust.

About the Role

This is the founding technical and operational leadership seat at a freshly funded AI infrastructure startup. The company is building the platform that powers AI-native service businesses: agentic workforces, a company knowledge layer, a human trust layer, and a unified operating cockpit. The scope of this role is deliberately open and shaped around what you do best, whether that is engineering, product, or running the operational side of the business.

What You'll Do

• Define and own your first-90-days scope across engineering, product, or operations, and then execute against it with a high degree of autonomy.

• Help architect and ship the core infrastructure layer used by AI-native service teams.

• Work directly alongside the founder as one of the earliest hires, with the ability to shape the company's technical and product direction from day one.

• Bring your founder or operator perspective to product decisions, ensuring the platform solves real pain points for small teams running large AI workforces.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and equity are sized for someone building the company, not joining it, and are discussed openly on the first call. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available.

Location

On-site. Primary location is Munich, Germany. The company also has a presence in San Francisco, London, and Vienna. Relocation support is provided.
