EU Business School in Munich is offering a 3-month, 30-hour-per-week internship designed to own real projects from day one across corporate partnerships, event leadership, career coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Alumni, Academics, and Student Experience teams.

Qualifikationen

• Develop and nurture corporate partnerships and engage recruiters, alumni, and industry partners.
• Lead logistics for flagship events and Careers Days from concept to execution and post-event analysis.
• Provide 1-on-1 career coaching and deliver workshops to build future-ready skills (2026 market).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Alumni, Academics, and Student Experience teams and support sales/marketing with campus stories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Corporate Partnerships & Engagement

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the campus and the corporate world, identifying and nurturing relationships with recruiters, alumni, and industry giants.
• Network Orchestration: Coordinate exclusive employer presentations, company visits, and high-level networking opportunities.
• Data Intelligence: Maintain a high-quality employer database to ensure seamless student-to-employer matching.

2. Event Leadership & Innovation

• Flagship Events: Lead the logistics and execution of our signature events and annual Careers Days.
• Continuous Improvement: Manage the full event lifecycle, from conceptualization and communication to post-event data analysis and feedback loops.

3. Career Coaching & Student Success

• Empower Careers: Conduct 1-on-1 advisory sessions, providing expert guidance on LinkedIn optimization, CV tailoring, and interview mastery.
• Skill Development: Design and deliver workshops that equip students with the "future-proof" skills required in the 2026 job market.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with Alumni, Academics, and Student Experience teams to align career services with academic quality and student life.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Support the Sales and Marketing teams in showcasing Munich campus success stories to prospective students.

About You:

• Education: Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s or pursuing a Master’s degree. Advanced certifications (e.g., Coaching, HR, or Project Management) are a significant advantage.
• Expertise: Proven track record in Career Services, Corporate Relations, or Event Management, ideally within an international higher education context.
• Communication: A "people person" who is as comfortable pitching to a CEO as they are mentoring an ambitious undergraduate.
• Language: Fluency in English and a professional working proficiency in German (essential for the Munich market).
• Agility: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Start Date: October 5th, 2026.
• Contract: 3-months temporary internship with 30hrs per week, designed to fit your university schedule.
