WeAreAspire is seeking an experienced Event Director in Berlin to lead the operations delivery of large-scale international conferences. You will build and manage an events operations team and own end-to-end execution from planning to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of experience delivering 2,000+ attendee events, strong leadership, supplier and budget management, and a track record of profitability. Relocation considered.
