The role demands 5–7 years in med tech marketing, 3+ years in product/marketing management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of business/marketing experience in med tech, preferably Aesthetic or Breast surgery.
• Minimum of 3 years in product and/or marketing management.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or medical/scientific graduate degree preferred.
• Experience delivering product launches and conversion strategies preferred.

Job Description

The position is responsible for leading the European Breast Surgery marketing strategy and business performance, driving growth across both the Aesthetic and Reconstruction portfolios, with a particular focus on the GalaFLEX franchise. The role owns the development and execution of marketing plans, commercialization strategies, product launches, market development initiatives, and omnichannel engagement programs to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead all aspects of marketing plans in Europe to ensure the achievement of financial/budget expectations and go-to-market strategies, including market sensing, market development and marketing mix.
• Lead the successful development and flawless implementation of new product launches and related commercialization plans, strategies and activities. Direction provided has a direct impact on the achievement of the region's revenue results.
• Develop deep insights through research and analytics to inform marketing and product development decision-making, plans, activities and the organization.
• Lead the Breast Surgery business strategy and marketing execution across Europe.
• Ensure alignment across countries, business leaders, and commercial teams while fostering market development opportunities with the Breast market (aesthetic and reconstruction).
• Drive successful commercialization and launch of new products.
• Generate customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute European Breast brand, communication, and promotional strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Business Development, Professional Education, and Omnichannel teams to accelerate growth.
• Develop a digital marketing plan together with the Omnichannel team to optimize BD digital presence in the Breast Surgery space.
• Optimize portfolio lifecycle management, including product development activities.
• Direct, in collaboration with the Professional Education team, European professional education initiatives, including congresses, workshops, and training programs.
• Represent Europe on the Global Breast Platform Team and contribute to innovation initiatives.
• Lead CRM data governance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Own revenue, budget, and gross profit performance for the portfolio.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of business/marketing experience in the med tech industry, ideally within Aesthetic or Breast surgery market
• Minimum of 3 years in product and/or marketing management.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, medical or scientific graduate degree preferred
• Experience in delivering product launches & conversion strategies is preferred
• Demonstrated success in translating business needs into product and product portfolio strategies
• Strong & effective communication and analytical skills, with strong technical marketing acumen
• Experience of working in a large matrix organization
• Demonstrated ability to work well with teams
• Ability to influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix to influence strategies within the region and at a global level
• Customer centric & highly analytical and able to clearly identify customer needs and requirements
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are considered as an advantage
• CRM Skills (Sales Force)

The salary range for this role is:

90k to 100k
