A global manufacturer of scaffolding solutions is seeking a European Sales Manager to develop business strategies and build relationships in Europe. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in the scaffold industry, strong knowledge of scaffold systems, and a proven sales track record. This full-time position requires fluency in English and a willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the scaffold or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffold systems; direct experience with OCTO systems is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of high-quality scaffolding systems and access equipment. They are committed to safety, innovation, and customer service excellence. With growing operations across Europe, they are actively recruiting a European Sales Manager (M/F).

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets in Europe.
  2. Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the scaffolding and construction sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids.
  5. Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and offer tailored scaffold solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support of client projects.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  8. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other business development initiatives.
  9. Regularly report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Qualifications

  2. Strong knowledge of scaffold systems; direct experience with OCTO systems is highly preferred.
