Legal & General (L&G) seeks a commercially minded Digital Wealth Marketing Manager to establish and lead our proposition in Germany, with expansion potential across Continental Europe. You will collaborate with the German Distribution team and cross-functional partners to translate investment propositions into engaging customer experiences.

You will shape strategy, deliver campaigns, and manage partnerships with brokers and digital wealth players, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and data

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Digital Wealth, investment-platform or D2C financial-services marketing.
• Detailed understanding of ETFs and the German retail investment landscape.
• Experience developing and delivering customer-led digital marketing campaigns.
• Evidence of building productive commercial or platform partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills within a complex or matrix organisation.
• Understanding of regulations governing D2C financial marketing.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Wealth Marketing Manager to establish and lead our proposition in Germany, with the opportunity to support future growth across Continental Europe.

This is a newly created role offering the chance to shape how L&G brings its ETF capabilities to digitally engaged investors. You will work closely with our German Distribution team and colleagues across product marketing, brand, content, digital, events and communications to turn investment propositions into clear, engaging customer experiences.

It is a role for someone who enjoys setting direction but is equally comfortable getting involved in delivery. You will combine your understanding of Germany's Digital Wealth market with customer insight, creative thinking and performance data to build campaigns and partnerships that produce meaningful commercial results.
