NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert – EU-Africa Space Policy & Institutional Expert in Berlin to support policy dialogue, institutional cooperation, programme governance and coordination between European and African stakeholders in the space sector.
The candidate should have a Master’s degree in a related field, excellent English, and working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese as an asset. Minimum 8 years of experience in international cooperation and policy advisory are expected.
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.”
The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
