As a global payments network, Visa maintains a Compliance Program designed to proactively manage legal, regulatory and ethical risks across our business. The Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team is responsible for the delivery of this program.
The E&C Consultant is an individual contributor, management level role within the Europe E&C team overseeing core E&C programs in Europe. This Second Line of Defense role involves providing expert guidance on compliance frameworks, risk management strategies, and regulatory obligations. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to assess existing compliance programs, identify gaps, and design tailored solutions that align with both regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include advising on regulations, leading compliance reviews, delivering training, and supporting the implementation of policies and procedures that promote ethical conduct and operational resilience. This includes the review and remediation of regulatory compliance risks, investigating compliance incidents, recommending and overseeing implementation of solutions, and engaging with regulators as required.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, driven individual, with previous experience developing strategies to address evolving compliance risks and new developments in a fast-paced, complex regulatory environment.
