CATL in Düsseldorf seeks an experienced Project Manager to engage overseas energy storage customers, coordinate multi-department teams, and lead ESS project commissioning and after-sales efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of PM experience, and proficiency in English.

• Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in the UK, build relationships and identify needs to explore high-value project opportunities.
• Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings and highlighting issues at the customer side.
• Enhance coordination and service for multiple customer contact points and strengthen face-to-face communication with customers.
• Coordinate internal resources, sales and development teams with account PMs to determine qualification and engagement.
• Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments (e.g., SC, AMD) to ensure progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects and resolve cross-department issues.
• Establish program team, initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and manage schedule, quality, cost, and risk.
• Manage the onsite PM team with training to improve capability.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in UK, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities;
• Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side;
• Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers;
• Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement;
• Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments;
• Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk;
• Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.

Requirement:

• Education：Bachelor degree or above；
• Skills：good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing；
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience for PM; Oversea working experience is prior consideration; Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery;
• Language：Proficient in English
