Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities:

Salary: 60,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in planning and implementing IT projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Confident handling of project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and customer consulting
• Good German and English language skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate ERP projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, define goals, project scope, and customization options
• Manage resource planning (budget, software, licenses) and create schedules, including prioritization, milestones, and deadlines
• Ensure effective communication and coordinate appropriate project teams
• Manage risks, monitor project progress, and handle cost control and quality requirements
• Document project progress, report to stakeholders, and ensure successful project approval and evaluation

Position: ERP Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (m/w/d)

Location: Nuremberg, Germany

Remote: Hybrid model (23 home office days/week after probation)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: 60,000 - 85,000 annually

Bonus: Performance-based, typically 5,000 - 10,000

Travel readiness: Low, occasional to clients in Germany, company car possible

Job Responsibilities:

1. ERP Project Management: Lead ERP projects based on MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, resource, schedule, and budget planning, main contact for clients
2. Customer Support & Requirements Management: Gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutions, interface between clients, consultants, and developers, support go-live and post-project phases
3. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with consultants and developers, report to project management or executive leadership, participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and process optimization

Must-Have Skills:

• Project management experience in IT/ERP environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Organizational talent & stakeholder management skills
• German language skills: C1 level
