Jobtailor in Germany seeks a senior engagement professional to drive strategic growth for clients. You will collaborate with clients, manage projects and teams, and mentor junior staff on engagements involving cloud ERP, EPM or CRM solutions.

You will train and participate in the professional development of staff in project management and technical dimensions, while contributing to a respectful, collaborative culture and delivering enterprise software solutions. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
• Experience as a functional application specialist.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in project management and technical dimensions.
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
